Hi, I'm Emily!

I have over 5 years of experience in designing services for small businesses and currently manage a team of three designers. My team specializes in designing seamless experiences for our do-it-for-you website and marketing services.  I'm passionate about service design because it brings together digital products, people, and processes to delight customers and solve their everyday problems. Small businesses are the heart of our communities, and I'm passionate about supporting them and helping them grow.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and I live in Austin, Texas. In my free time, I like reading, working out, and spending time outside with my friends (and my dog).
